Daily Psalm 9/12/2021

I have done what is just and right;
do not leave me to my oppressors.
Give your servant a pledge of good;
let not the insolent oppress me.
My eyes long for your salvation
and for the fulfillment of your righteous promise.
Deal with your servant according to your steadfast love,
and teach me your statutes.
I am your servant; give me understanding,
that I may know your testimonies!
It is time for the LORD to act,
for your law has been broken.
Therefore I love your commandments
above gold, above fine gold.
Therefore I consider all your precepts to be right;
I hate every false way (Psalms 119:121-128).

There is a part about our walk that we need to daily come to grips with and that is, “the world will never change to make us feel better about our choice. So, we need to change ourselves so that we can impact our world”.

Father,

Thank you for your amazing love that overcomes the world and its ways. Help me to daily take in the fresh bread for my life by reading and applying your precepts. I cannot expect the world to change for me so, I must change myself so that I can impact the world around me. May your good Spirit guide and keep me all of the days of my life. I pray for the military, law enforcement, and EMT communities that you will be with every one of them and bring them safely home. I pray over our politicians that you will shake them to their core with the message of the Ephod so that they fully understand who they serve. I pray for the city of Stacy, the state of Minnesota, and the USA may your Spirit fall fresh upon us. I thank you for healing our land by rain that refreshes the land and the storms that shake the heart of mankind. I pray that my words will always be an encouragement to all who read these words in Jesus’ name I pray.
