Daily Psalm 10/9/2021

Your throne, O G-d, is forever and ever.
The scepter of your kingdom is a scepter of uprightness;
you have loved righteousness and hated wickedness.
Therefore God, your God, has anointed you
with the oil of gladness beyond your companions;
your robes are all fragrant with myrrh and aloes and cassia.
From ivory palaces stringed instruments make you glad;
daughters of kings are among your ladies of honor;
at your right-hand stands the queen in gold of Ophir. Psalms 45:6-9

For the many centuries that mankind has walked this earth, numerous kings and kingdoms have come to life, peaked, and faded into history. The Kingdom of our G-d and Savior is an enduring kingdom on which we can trust and rely. The reason it has existed through the rise and fall of kingdoms is that it is built on the truth of G-d’s word. Mankind’s opinions, values, and/or feelings change but G-d never changes, and nor does His values, thoughts, and/or laws (Malachi 3:6). My encouragement for you today is that if you have never trusted in Jesus and accepted The salvation offer that you will draw close to HIm and learn from Him (Matthew 11:28-30).

Father,

Thank you for your enduring Kingdom! I have trusted in you and you have never abandoned me nor ever made a fool of me. The enemy of our soul hates us with a passion that is unrivaled and has no compunction when it comes to pushing us off the cliff into the abyss. May my heart be always open and available to you. May your good Spirit be with my family and those who read these posts. I pray for the military, law enforcement, and EMT communities that you will be with every one of them and bring them safely home. I pray over our politicians that you will continue to shake them to their core with the message of the Ephod so that they fully understand who they serve. I pray for the city of Stacy, the state of Minnesota, and the USA may your Spirit fall fresh upon us. I thank you for healing our land by rain that refreshes the land and the storms that shake the heart of mankind. I pray for those who need a special touch from you today. Finally, I pray that my words will always be an encouragement to all who read these words in Jesus’ name I pray. May your peace be upon my family, city, state, nation, and world.
