Daily Psalm 10/14/2021

The heavens declare the glory of G-d,
and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
Day to day pours out speech,
and night to night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech, nor are there words,
whose voice is not heard (Psalms 19:1-3).

The glory of G-d is written in nature and it is written on the tablet of man’s heart two places man does not look. When all we can see is the destruction left in the wake of man’s actions, our tendency is to think “there is no G-d”. Yet, look under the cover of sin and you see a broken heart in need of a savior. Sin shouts louder than our cries for help so that there are no words to describe our pain. Yet, it is in these places that the Spirit of G-d and He wants to do something new in our life.

Father,

Thank you for the overcoming power of your Word and our Testimony. Sin is not the be all end all of our life, it is the springboard by which we do great things in you. I pray for those who are struggling with sin and illness that cannot see beyond them. Lord may your Spirit have free reign in my life today and always. I pray for the military, law enforcement, and EMT communities that you will be with every one of them and bring them safely home. I pray over our politicians that you will continue to shake them to their core with the message of the Ephod so that they fully understand who they serve. I pray for the city of Stacy, the state of Minnesota, and the USA may your Spirit fall fresh upon us. I thank you for healing our land by rain that refreshes the land and the storms that shake the heart of mankind. I pray for those who need a special touch from you today. Finally, I pray that my words will always be an encouragement to all who read these words in Jesus’ name I pray. May your peace be upon my family, city, state, nation, and world.
